We are a newly-formed company in beautiful, historic Hudson’s Hope, BC. Our goal is to eventually turn Hudson’s Hope into a recycling centre on a few different levels. We are a grassroots company that hopes to grow into a community driven hub for recycling a vast array of waste that, as of now, has to be handled from southern BC and Alberta.

We will be starting small and investing all profit back into purchasing property and equipment to further the dream of not only diverting the growing stream of waste from the landfill, but creating products locally from that untapped resource.

Products are shipped here from larger centres, after we ship our recyclables to them for processing. I don’t know if you’ve had anything shipped lately but it’s not cheap. In the end, we all pay for this.

So we are planning to change that. How fast we can do it has yet to be seen but with help from our amazing community, we feel confident that we can create meaningful collaborations that will boost our local economy by providing career and business opportunities to fit into many people’s lives.

Who We Are

Right, I guess I should put this in here too. Chris and Gerri Bird. We live across from the grocery store with the dogs and the cats. We are planning to eventually convert the back end of the old theatre/video store into a bottle and can depot but that all takes time and money so it is just a work in progress for now. You know, baby steps.
